Where customs and duties may be due, local authorities or the delivery carrier determine the final charge.

“No customs due” applies to ordinary Eyesnug orders within the destination’s low-value import threshold.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders completed before 4pm UK time Monday to Friday, or before 12 noon on Saturday, are usually dispatched the same day. Orders completed after the relevant cutoff, on Sundays, or on UK bank holidays are usually dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

How long does delivery take?

UK delivery is usually 1–2 business days after dispatch. International delivery is usually 3–5 business days for Fast Europe, 4–7 business days for EU Standard and the United States, 5–8 business days for Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, and 6–8 business days for Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore. See the destination table above for your country.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in London, UK. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, and delivery is available Monday to Saturday depending on the destination and carrier. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship from the UK with tracked delivery to the United States, Canada excluding Quebec, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the listed European destinations. The delivery table above shows the service, price, free-delivery threshold, timing and import-charge status for every supported country.

Is shipping free?

Free-delivery thresholds vary by market and are shown in local currency in the destination table above. Current thresholds include £40 for the UK, €60 for euro-priced European markets, US$100 for the United States and A$100, C$100, NZ$100 or S$100 for the corresponding international market.

Will I pay customs, duties or import fees?

The destination table above marks each market clearly. Paid means duties and taxes are prepaid and there should be no customs charge on delivery. Due on delivery means import duties, local taxes and carrier handling fees are not included and may be charged to the recipient. Nothing due means ordinary Eyesnug orders qualify for local low-value import relief, although charges can apply if a local threshold is exceeded.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@eyesnug.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address before it leaves our warehouse.

What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at support@eyesnug.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Can sunscreen, makeup or skincare affect the snug shield?

Yes. Oils, sunscreen, makeup and skincare products can build up on the shield over time. Let sunscreen or skincare absorb before wearing your sunglasses, and gently wipe the shield after use to keep it clean and comfortable.

What is the difference between standard, polarised and photochromic lenses?

Standard lenses offer everyday sun protection. Polarised lenses help reduce glare from reflective surfaces such as water, roads and snow. Photochromic lenses change darkness depending on UV exposure, making them useful when light && UV levels vary.

Returns, Exchanges & Fit Promise

What is your return policy?

Our standard returns policy allows you to return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. Start a return through our returns portal or contact support@eyesnug.com.

Eligible eyewear may also have additional protection under our separate 100 Day Money Back Guarantee. See the dedicated guarantee section in these FAQs for the full details.

What is the difference between 30-day returns and the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee?

Our 30-day returns policy is the standard change-of-mind route for eligible items returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

The 100 Day Money Back Guarantee is an additional promise for eligible Eyesnug eyewear where the product page displays the guarantee. It gives you longer to decide whether the fit, coverage and comfort work for you and permits reasonable signs of normal trial wear.

You must register your return or claim within the relevant 30-day or 100-day period. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are handled separately and your legal rights are unaffected.

Can I return them if the fit is not right?

Yes. Fit is especially important with Eyesnug sunglasses. If your pair feels too snug, not snug enough, or simply does not feel right for you, please contact us and we can help with an exchange, refund or fit advice. You can find our returns portal here

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.  Approved refunds are usually refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days. If you have not received after 7 business days of refund approval please contact us so we can investigate.

Are returns free?

UK returns are free and we will pre pay your shipping. For international returns, please contact us first so we can confirm the best return option for your country.

How do I start a return?

You can start a return through your account or visiting here. Contact us at support@eyesnug.com if unsure.

Please include your order number and the reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Can I exchange it for another model?

Yes. If another Eyesnug model is likely to suit your face shape or fit preference better, we’ll be happy to help. In some cases, the fastest option may be to return your current pair and place a new order for the model you want.

What about international returns and exchanges?

For international customers, we recommend contacting us before returning your order. Depending on your location, it may be faster to return your current pair for a refund and place a new order for the replacement model.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away at support@eyesnug.com with your order number and photos if possible, and we’ll make it right.

Will minor fit adjustments affect my right to a refund?

No. Making good-faith minor fit adjustments will not affect your right to a full refund. For Pursuit and Originals, we are comfortable with adjustment for the perfect fit.

You can gently warm the temple arms with a hairdryer on low heat and adjust little by little.

What if I’ve ordered prescription lenses separately?

Prescription lenses are ordered separately through our partner Lensology. If you are considering prescription lenses, we recommend testing the frame fit first before sending your frame away for reglazing.

100 Day Money Back Guarantee

What does the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee mean?

Our 100 Day Money Back Guarantee gives you time to try eligible Eyesnug eyewear properly and decide whether the fit, coverage and comfort work for you.

If you are not satisfied, start your claim within 100 calendar days of receiving your order and return the eyewear to us. Once it has been received and checked against the guarantee terms, we will refund the eligible product price to your original payment method.

Which products are covered?

The guarantee applies to eyewear purchased directly from eyesnug.com where the product page displays the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee.

This can include eligible Eyesnug adult sunglasses, Snugsee children’s sunglasses, Fitovers, prescription-ready frames before they are reglazed or modified, and full-price or discounted eyewear.

Supplements, anti-fog products, replacement parts, charms, other accessories and gift cards are not included unless their product page expressly displays the guarantee. Products purchased from another retailer or storefront must be returned through that retailer under its own terms.

When did the guarantee begin and when does my 100-day period start?

The 100 Day Money Back Guarantee is offered on eligible purchases made on or after 15 August 2026. If you purchased before then, please contact us. Although the guarantee does not apply retrospectively, we will always do our best to put things right.

For eligible purchases, the 100-day period begins on the date your order is shown as delivered.

You must contact us or submit your claim before the end of the 100th calendar day. The eyewear does not need to arrive back with us by day 100, provided the claim was started within the guarantee period and you follow the return instructions within a reasonable time.

Can I properly try the eyewear?

Yes. The guarantee gives you a genuine opportunity to decide whether the eyewear is right for you. Normal trial wear is permitted, including wearing it indoors or outdoors during normal activities, testing the fit, comfort and coverage, cleaning it according to the supplied care instructions, and making good-faith minor fit adjustments where our product guidance says this is appropriate.

Please keep the eyewear clean and return all components supplied with it, including any Snug Shield, temple grips or other model-specific parts. We will not reject a genuine claim merely because the eyewear shows reasonable signs of normal trial use.

What is not covered?

The guarantee does not cover loss or theft, deliberate damage, damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper storage, unauthorised alteration or repair, damage beyond normal trial wear, products obtained from an unauthorised seller, separately supplied prescription lenses or third-party reglazing services, or claims where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse.

Products that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect are handled separately. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can put the problem right.

What about prescription lenses?

We recommend testing the fit of a prescription-ready frame before sending it to Lensology or another provider for reglazing.

Prescription-ready frames are covered only while they remain unmodified. Once prescription lenses have been fitted or the frame has been altered by a third party, it will no longer qualify for a change-of-mind claim under this guarantee.

Prescription lenses, reglazing charges and other services purchased separately from Lensology or another provider are not covered by Eyesnug’s guarantee. This does not affect any separate rights you may have against the prescription-lens provider.

How do I make a claim?

Start your claim through our normal returns portal or contact support@eyesnug.com within 100 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, identify the eyewear you wish to return and give a brief reason for the return. Photographs are needed only where the product is damaged or we reasonably need them to understand the issue.

We will confirm the return instructions and, where applicable, provide a return label. Please do not send an item back without first registering the return.

Are returns free and what will be refunded?

Return postage for eligible UK guarantee claims is free. For international orders, contact us before returning your eyewear so we can confirm the available return method and whether any return-postage cost applies.

Once the returned eyewear has been received and checked against the terms, we will refund the price actually paid for the eligible eyewear to your original payment method. Original delivery charges, express-delivery upgrades, prescription-lens charges and other third-party costs are not included unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are normally processed within three business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Can I exchange my eyewear instead?

Yes. If another Eyesnug model is likely to fit you better, our team can help with model advice or an exchange.

You are not required to accept store credit or an exchange instead of a refund when you have a valid claim under the 100 Day Money Back Guarantee.

How does the Fair Use Policy work?

The guarantee is built around trust and is intended to support genuine customers trying to find suitable eyewear. We may review or decline claims where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, deliberate damage, repeated or excessive claims, or use that is clearly inconsistent with a genuine product trial. We will assess claims reasonably and will not treat normal trial wear as abuse.

The 100 Day Money Back Guarantee is an additional commercial promise. It does not replace or limit your legal rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, or any other rights available under applicable consumer law.

Fit, Sizing & Model Choice

Which Eyesnug model is best for me?

The best model depends on your face shape, head size and how much snugness you want. As a general guide, Explorer is the least snug, followed by Originals, Viento and pursuit. The product pages include model-specific fit guidance and Snug Scale ratings. You can also read https://eyesnug.com/blogs/news/find-your-perfect-eyesnug-sunglasses-which-model-suits-you-best for more sizing guidance.

Which model is best for smaller or narrower faces?

In our experience the Pursuit model is the model which gets the most overwhelming positive feedback on fit, especially for women. Viento is designed for smaller faces. It has a more petite frame and is a good place to start if larger sunglasses often feel loose or oversized.

Which model is best for larger faces?

Originals is Eyesnug’s largest frame and will suit many average-to-larger head sizes. It may be especially suitable where smaller frames feel too tight or narrow.

How snug should Eyesnug sunglasses feel?

They should feel close and secure, but not uncomfortable. A close fit helps reduce exposure to wind, dust, pollen, cold air and other irritants, but there still needs to be enough comfort and airflow for everyday wear.

How do I know if the fit is protective enough?

Look for a close fit around the brow, sides and cheeks, with minimal open gaps. The better the fit, the more protection you’ll usually get from wind and airborne irritants. If there are obvious gaps, a different model or small fit adjustment may work better.

What if they feel too tight?

If they feel uncomfortably tight, try wearing them briefly at home first and check whether the pressure eases. On Pursuit and Originals, minor arm adjustments can be made by gently warming the temple arms with a hairdryer on low heat and adjusting little by little.

Often though you are best to return them for full refund as if you won't wear them, they can't protect you!

What if they feel too loose?

A close, secure fit usually gives the best protection. If your sunglasses feel a little loose, silicone nose pads or temple adjusters can sometimes help improve the fit.

General Product & Snug Shield

What is the Snug Shield?

The Snug Shield is the soft protective insert or shield designed to help reduce exposure to wind, dust, pollen, cold air and other airborne irritants while keeping the frame comfortable for daily wear.

Which models have removable snug shields?

  • None: Fitovers & Explorers
  • Removable: Originals & Pursuit
  • Fixed (with adhesive): Viento

What comes with my Eyesnug sunglasses?

Your order includes your Eyesnug sunglasses an Eyesnug cotton linen bag and microfibre lens cloth, Certain models als include and anti-fog spray.

Please check the individual product page for the exact contents of each model.

Can I buy replacement snug shields or accessories?

If you require replacement snug shield, temple grips or anything else please get in touch and we will organise a free replacement within 1 year of purchase.

Care, Use & Fogging

Why do close-fitting sunglasses sometimes fog?

Fogging can happen when warm, moist air gets trapped behind the lenses. A very close fit improves protection, but if airflow is too limited, moisture may build up. A small adjustment to the fit, cleaning the lenses, or using no-fog spray can help.

Can removing the snug shield help with fogging?

If your pair includes a removable snug shield, removing it can sometimes help reduce fogging by improving airflow. You’ll still keep many of the protective benefits of the wraparound frame, but the fit will feel a little less sealed.

How do I stop my lenses from fogging?

Add your Keep the lenses clean and dry. Use the no-fog spray supplied with Viento and Pursuit models as directed. Small fit adjustments can also help improve airflow. In cold or damp conditions, try to direct your breath downward, especially when wearing high collars, scarves or face coverings.

While we do our best in design to reduce fogging as much as possible but if its inconvenient then please return for a full refund answer here.

How do I clean the snug shield?

Keep the snug shield clean and dry. Gently wiping it helps remove skin oils, dust and moisture, which can keep the fit comfortable and maintain clearer vision. If your model has a removable shield, remove it before cleaning. Avoid soaking the shield, and make sure it is fully dry before refitting or wearing.

Can removing the snug shield help with fogging?

If your pair includes a removable snug shield, removing it can sometimes help reduce fogging by improving airflow. You’ll still keep many of the protective benefits of the wraparound frame, but the fit will feel a little less sealed.

Lenses & Protection

Do Eyesnug lenses protect against UV?

Yes. All eyesnug sunglasses offer 100% UV400 protection on adult models such as Originals and Viento.

Why are my photochromic lenses not darkening as much as expected?

Photochromic lenses react to UV light. Very wide-brimmed hats, deep shade or environments where UV is reduced may limit how much the lenses darken. This is normal and does not mean the lenses are faulty.

Do photochromic lenses darken in the car?

Most car windscreens block a significant amount of UV, so photochromic lenses may not darken as much or at all inside a vehicle as they do outdoors.

Can Eyesnug sunglasses cure dry eye or allergies?

No. Eyesnug sunglasses do not cure dry eye, allergies or any medical condition. They are designed to help reduce exposure to common triggers such as wind, dust, pollen and cold air. For ongoing symptoms, customers should speak to an eye-care professional.

What sunglasses should I consider after cataract or eye surgery?

Follow the advice from your surgeon, clinic or eye-care professional, especially soon after surgery. Once you have been cleared to wear sunglasses outside, read our guide to sunglasses after cataract surgery and eye surgery for practical information about UV protection, glare, wind and outdoor comfort.

Can I get prescription lenses for eyesnug frames from a supplier other than Lensology?

You can but you should know that wraparound prescription lenses are more complex than standard prescription lenses. Because of this, many high street opticians may not be able to fit prescription lenses into wraparound frames.

We have chosen to partner with Lensology because they offer a strong combination of customer experience, good value, a wide range of lens options and extensive experience fitting prescription lenses into wraparound frames. For the smoothest process, we recommend ordering your prescription lenses through Lensology at eyesnug.com/lensology

Are your frames suitable for strong prescriptions?

The Originals and Viento frames are generally suitable for prescriptions up to +4 or -4. The Explorer frames are suitable up +6 or - 6.

Final suitability depends on your full prescription, lens type and fitting requirements. You can use the Lensology calculator on our product pages before ordering or contact Lensology for confirmation.

How much do prescription lenses cost?

Prescription lens costs are set by Lensology and depend on your prescription and chosen lens options. You can use the calculator below to check available prescriptions and estimate the cost before ordering.

Should I check my prescription before buying?

Yes. We recommend using the Lensology calculator before ordering so you can confirm whether your prescription is suitable and get an estimate for your lens cost.

Who fits and supplies the prescription lenses?

Lensology supplies, crafts and fits the prescription lenses. eyesnug supplies the frame, while Lensology handles the prescription lens order and reglazing service.

How long will the prescription lens process take?

For wraparound frames, prescription lens production usually takes around 2–4 weeks, depending on the type of lenses you order and your prescription requirements.

Lensology handles the prescription lens production and fitting, so timescales may vary. You can view their latest estimated production times at https://lensology.co.uk/estimated-production-times/
