Dispatch from London
Orders placed before 4pm UK time, Monday to Friday, or before 12 noon UK time on Saturday, are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after the relevant cutoff, on Sundays or on UK bank holidays are usually dispatched on the next available dispatch day.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in London, United Kingdom. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Delivery rates & destinations
UK delivery
Tracked Express Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery costs £3.99 and is free on orders of £40 and over.
United States delivery
Royal Mail International Tracked delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery costs US$9.99 and is free on orders of US$100 and over.
European delivery
Shipping charges, free-delivery thresholds and delivery estimates vary by destination. See the current destination table below. Estimates begin after dispatch.

We deliver to selected international destinations outside the UK, Europe and United States.
The destinations we currently serve, available delivery methods and applicable charges will be shown at checkout. If your country is not available during checkout, we are unfortunately unable to deliver there at this time.
All international orders are sent from the UK with Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch.

Where customs and duties may be due, local authorities or the delivery carrier determine the final charge.
“No customs due” applies to ordinary Eyesnug orders within the destination’s low-value import threshold.
Delivery times & tracking
Delivery times
All stated delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding UK bank holidays and other announced closure dates. Deliveries may take place Monday to Saturday, depending on the destination and carrier.
Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email containing your tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information can sometimes take a short while to update after the parcel has been collected. If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@eyesnug.com.
Customs duties & import charges
Where available, international orders are sent with customs duties paid. This means the amount shown at checkout should normally be the final amount you pay, with no additional customs bill due upon delivery.
If you are unexpectedly required to pay customs duties or import charges, please email proof of payment to support@eyesnug.com. We will review the charge and refund the unexpected amount paid where applicable.
Help with your delivery
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@eyesnug.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.
Eyesnug cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout. Additional postage charges may apply if an order needs to be sent again.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information first.
If the tracking has stopped updating or you believe the parcel may be lost, contact us at support@eyesnug.com with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with the carrier and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@eyesnug.com.
Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where possible, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
